Objectives of the Hockey Event

Promoting Physical Health

Hockey provides a full-body workout, enhancing cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and coordination. Regular participation in hockey significantly contributes to overall physical health and well-being.

Improving Hockey Skills

Students learned fundamental hockey skills such as stickhandling, passing, shooting, and skating. As they progressed, they refined these skills and acquired more advanced techniques, improving their proficiency in the sport.
