Introduction

The Inter-House Badminton and Table Tennis Competitions for Boys of Classes IX and X were successfully conducted on 20 June 2026 under the CBSE Inter-House Sports Programme 2026–27 at PSSEMR School, Tolahunse.

The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing Gandhi House, Raman House, Tagore House, and Vinobha House. Throughout the competitions, participants displayed exceptional sporting talent, discipline, teamwork, determination, and competitive spirit. The event provided an excellent platform for students to demonstrate their technical skills while promoting physical fitness, confidence, leadership, and the values of fair play and sportsmanship.

The matches were highly competitive, creating an exciting atmosphere and reflecting the students' dedication and commitment to excellence in sports.

Performance Analysis – Badminton

Gandhi House emerged as the Badminton Champions through outstanding performances by Akshay C. Koppad, Tanish T. A., and Prajwal M. K. Their excellent coordination, agility, tactical play, and consistency enabled them to secure the championship title.

Raman House displayed remarkable resilience and teamwork to finish as the Runner-up, with Shiva Sai, Satvik T. S., Praneel R. P., and Advik G. delivering commendable performances throughout the tournament.

Tagore House secured Third Place, with N. P. Manoj Gowda, Chirag M. N., Valmiki Gowda, and Jeevan S. K. demonstrating determination, fighting spirit, and excellent sportsmanship.

Vinobha House secured the Runner-up position through the impressive performances of Rakshith Gowda B. P., Lahar Chowdhary N., and Poornachandra T. Their disciplined approach and tactical gameplay earned them second place.

Gandhi House finished Third, with Tarun S. P., Dashan, Bhimu A. S., and Samart A. D. displaying excellent fighting spirit, resilience, and determination throughout the competition.
